Join us at Carte Blanche on April 4, 5, and 6 for a special Easter treat: our exclusive family-style lunch, served daily starting at 12:30 p.m. Look forward to a delightful gathering around festively set tables where spring dishes and Easter classics will be placed in the center to be shared. For starters, enjoy a green salad with cucumber, apple, pumpkin seeds, and a yogurt-lime dressing; a delicate beef tenderloin tartare with capers, cornichons, brioche toast, and sauce verte; and an aromatic shellfish foam soup with shrimp, fennel, orange, and crème fraîche. For the main courses, expect tender Easter lamb from the oven with Provençal herbs; salmon trout fillet with zucchini, bell peppers, and lemon butter; and a spring-inspired risotto with sautéed asparagus, peas, morels, and chervil. These will be served with chive mashed potatoes, green beans, and Vichy carrots. For dessert, we will offer carrot cake with orange and hazelnut as well as crème brûlée with strawberries and woodruff. We look forward to welcoming you and your family.
